OFFICIAL RULES
This contest is being run by Spybar (Sponsor), located at 646 N. Franklin Street, Chicago, IL 60654. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility
Participants must be at least 21 years old to enter and win. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, vendors or contractors of Spybar are eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules
By entering this contest, participants agree to these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

Entry Period
Participants must submit designs between 9:00 a.m. CT on April 1, 2023 and 5:00 p.m. CT on April 30, 2023.

How to Enter
Designs must be submitted via the entry form at spybarchicago.com/design.

​

Prizes
Winner(s) will receive 2 tickets to a show of their choice scheduled at Spybar in 2023 (estimated retail value of $100). Winner(s) can select any show scheduled in 2023 but must give Sponsor at least seven days’ notice. Winner(s) will also get $500 USD.

Selection and Notification of the Winner(s)
Winner(s) will be selected based on the following criteria: 1) 33.3% design is original and unique, 2) 33.3% design represents Spybar, either through explicit use of logo or likeness, or more interpretive uses of brand associations or references, 3) 33.4% how excited the Spybar team is about wearing the design.

All designs must be original art, no copyrighted material (except our logo of course). Designs can, but are not required, to have multiple print locations on the shirt, i.e. front and back, sleeves. Each entrant can submit up to 3 designs. Spybar will not use or publish any design submissions except for those of the official winners.

Spybar employees will review and evaluate entries. At least 1 winner will be notified by May 3, 2023. More than 1 winner may be chosen. Winner(s) will receive entry to the show of their choice for them and 1 guest.

Rights Granted by Winner(s)
Sponsor has the right to use the participant’s submission, likeness, image, or statements about the contest, for publicity, news, advertising, or promotional purposes without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration. Entrant’s submissions must be original work and not infringe on the intellectual property of others. Any participants that infringe on the intellectual property of others shall defend or settle against such claims at their sole expense, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit.

Limitation of Liability
Participants’ entry into this contest constitutes their agreement to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and employees against all claims of liability, illness, injury or loss that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Disputes
Disputes not resolved between participants and Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Illinois, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
